Recently I talked about it with CoyChimera in one of my stamps. I'll copy-and-paste what I wrote there:
" Creepypasta turned something "for children" because their parents don't watch what they are reading on the Internet. What I want to express is that anything (horror movies, music and etc) ALWAYS will have its share of children fans. The problem is not when a child enjoy reading horror stories on the internet and watch horror movies (or whatever), but when it has no critical thinking and enough maturity to know how to differentiate the real from fantasy, what is fact and what is just an opinion and not know how to respect the personal space/ideas from others. "

So, children... if you think is "cute and cool" decapitated bodies, evisceration and death, I tell to all of you: STOP.
You're not edgy/special/badass because you like horror or because "you like to kill" and you will not impress anyone with your bad art, with your "ideas" copied from popular artists and at most you do success (IF you do) because other people use you in some way (llamas, comments, etc). You do what you do because your guardians are not watching you enough.
